1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PSLE Alex ("the Service"), operated by NoCodeVit Pte Ltd ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you are under 13 years of age, you must have a parent or guardian's consent to use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PSLE Alex is an AI-powered educational platform designed to help Singapore primary school students (P1–P6) prepare for the Primary School Leaving Examination (PSLE). The Service provides practice questions, AI tutoring, and performance analytics across Mathematics, Science, English, and Chinese (华文).

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • Parents/guardians are responsible for accounts created for minors.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Share, redistribute, or commercially exploit any question content from the platform.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models or system prompts.
  • Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download content.
  • Share your account credentials with others.
  • Submit content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.

5. Question Bank & Intellectual Property

All question content on PSLE Alex — including AI-generated questions, model answers, explanations, and grading rubrics — is our proprietary intellectual property. This content is generated using our proprietary AI system prompts and may not be copied, shared, or redistributed without written permission.

PSLE Alex does not use questions sourced from SEAB, MOE, or any school examination papers. Our questions are original works created by AI based on the publicly available MOE syllabus framework.

6. User-Contributed Content

If you submit questions or content to the platform:

  • You confirm that you have the right to share this content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights (including school or publisher copyrights).
  • You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute the contributed content within the Service.
  • We may review, edit, or remove contributed content at our discretion.

7. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Free tier includes limited daily practice questions.
  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe.
  • You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The Service uses AI (Claude by Anthropic) to generate questions, grade answers, and provide tutoring feedback. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. The Service is a supplementary learning tool and should not replace school instruction or qualified tutoring.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to academic outcomes, exam results, or learning progress.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
